FRIED LIVER RECIPE






Ingredients.


➥¹/₂ kg liver

➥3 cups of milk

➥4 cloves garlic

➥1 pc ginger

➥¹/₂ teaspoon rasam powder

➥¹/₄ teaspoon curry powder

➥3 pieces tomatoes

➥2 pieces onions

➥2 blocks of beef cubes.

➥2 pieces green chili

➥¹/₄ teaspoon mixed herbs.

➥1 teaspoon butter




METHOD


Soak the liver in milk for 1 hr, this process softens the lives, after that disregard, the milk, In a pan melt the butter and fry the liver until brown. Remove and fry the onion, garlic until tender. Gradually add tomato, cubes, tomato paste, rasam powder, curry powder, chili n mixed herbs. Then add the liver in stir well, cover and let it cook for 15 minutes, adjust the seasoning.
