Kenyatta University Online 55th Graduation Ceremony Application 2024

All Kenyatta University students who will be graduating are required to make their applications online. Below is a guide on how to apply.

Graduation Application Requirements

• Graduands must meet the following requirements before they apply:
• Student must have completed their studies
• Students on suspension or discontinued should not apply for graduation
• You should not apply for graduation if you have more than one retake
• You will only be on the graduation list if you have completed your school fees

NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE GRADUANDS OF THE 55^th GRADUATION CEREMONY

Kenyatta University wishes to inform all students in the Regular, Institutional Based and Digital School Programmes who had completed their studies by the end of January, 2024 that they can apply for the 55^th Graduation Ceremony scheduled for July, 2024.

NOTE:

• Online application is a must for those wishing to graduate.
• The online application will start from Friday, 1^st March, 2024 to Friday, 31^st May, 2024.
• When applying, ensure you have clearly indicated the order and spelling of your name a you wish it to appear on the certificate.
• Only students without any fees balances will be cleared for graduation.
• To apply, log in to ku.ac.ke and go to ‘Student Online Services.’
• To ensure that you are not locked out, ensure that you apply online within the stipulated dates.
• Please note that it is an offence to apply for graduation when you have not met all academic requirements to graduate.

How to apply for Kenyatta University Graduation

To apply for graduation follow the procedure below:

• Visit: Student online services
• Click on Application for Graduation
• Fill out the online form with your details
• Sign on a paper and take a photo of your signature and upload it.
• Upload a photo of your passport-size photo
• Scan your units waiver letter and upload
• After submitting your form you will get this message “Ticket has been created successfully. Your Ticket Number is: GRAD-13389”

Write down your Grad number for future reference

The graduation list will be released any day after the deadline for application.
