Events Coordinator
Overall Purpose
- The
Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, and
overseeing a variety of events at the club, ensuring a seamless and
memorable experience for all members and guests.
- This
role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the
ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
Key Measures of Performance
- The
performance of this role holder will be assessed on the basis of the
achievements made on:
- Successful
planning and execution of events.
- Increased
member satisfaction and engagement in terms of events
- Adherence
to event budgets and timelines.
- Professional
management of client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Event
Planning and Coordination:
- Collaborate
with the General Manager to develop and continuously update the events
calendar.
- Plan
and coordinate all aspects of events, including corporate functions,
tournaments, and social gatherings.
Academic, Experience and Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s
degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
- Minimum
of 2-3 years of experience in event planning or coordination, preferably
in a hospitality or club environment.
- Strong
organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient
in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
- Ability
to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

- Ability
