Finance Manager
The Finance Manager at Royal Mabati Factory Ltd is
responsible for overseeing the entire financial operations of the organization.
The role provides strategic financial leadership, ensures regulatory
compliance, implements robust internal controls, and supports sustainable
business growth. This position guides the finance team, ensures timely and
accurate financial reporting, and contributes to strategic decision-making at
the executive level.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a
related discipline.
- A
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA)
is an added advantage.
- Certified
Public Accountant (CPA-K) or ACCA qualification is mandatory.
- Membership
in a recognized accounting body (e.g., ICPAK) is preferred.
- Minimum
5-7 years of experience in a senior accounting or finance leadership role.
- Experience
in manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred.
- Strong
understanding of ERP systems and financial technologies.
- Advanced
proficiency in accounting principles (IFRS, IAS).
- Strong
financial modeling and data analysis capabilities.
- Excellent
command of Microsoft Excel and other financial software.

ethical standards and integrity.

Transport & Logistics Manager
Royal Mabati Factory Ltd is seeking a highly organized and
experienced Transport and Logistics Manager to oversee the efficient and
cost-effective transportation and distribution of our roofing products. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for managing fleet operations, coordinating
deliveries, optimizing routes, ensuring compliance with transport regulations,
and improving customer satisfaction through timely and accurate dispatches.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport
Management, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in
transport and logistics management, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG
environment.
- Logistics
Management: Strong understanding of transportation logistics, planning,
and compliance with local and national regulations.
- Fleet
& Maintenance Management: Experience with vehicle maintenance
planning, tracking systems, and fuel efficiency measures.
- Analytical
Skills: Proficient in using data to identify inefficiencies and improve
processes.
- Communication:
Clear and professional communicator with the ability to manage internal
and external stakeholders.
- Leadership:
Proven ability to manage teams, resolve conflict, and develop staff
