Sarova Hotels is a leading hotel group in Kenya. We are
excited to announce that we are looking for passionate individuals to join our
dynamic Management Trainee Program, which is designed to develop the next
generation of hospitality leaders.
PROGRAM DETAILS:
- The
Sarova Hotels Management Trainee program is a two-year training with
immersive learning, invaluable skills and insights. The successful
candidates will gain:
- Comprehensive
training: Rotate through all hotel departments and travel to various
Sarova Hotels, Resorts and Lodges.
- Expert
Mentorship: Learn from seasoned industry professionals who are eager to
share their knowledge
- Hands-on
Experience: Be at the heart of guest service, hotel operations and people
management

Growth: Fast track your career with ready opportunities at the end of the
training upon successful evaluation
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s
degree in hospitality management, tourism or a relevant field
- At
least one year of experience working in a 3-5-star hotel
- Strong
analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- A
passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Ability
to work in a progressive, fast-paced environment
- Leadership
potential and a drive to succeed
- Flexibility
to travel as needed
