Marketing Graphic Design Intern
Job Purpose:
Britam is looking for a talented Graphic Design Intern to
join our Marketing team. This role will support the Digital Marketing Manager
in executing visually compelling designs across various internal and external
communication materials. If you have a passion for design, a keen eye for
detail, and a portfolio that speaks volumes, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Design
creative assets for internal communications targeted at staff and sales
agents.
- Support
in creating event posters, product aides, customer communications
(emailers), webinar invitations, product posters, and incentive
communications.
- Assist
in designing short animations and product fliers to enhance brand
communication.
- Collaborate
with the marketing team to develop engaging visual content for various
media formats, including print, digital, and video.
- Ensure
brand consistency across all designs and maintain high-quality visual
standards.
- Stay
up-to-date with design trends and propose innovative concepts that align
with Britam’s brand identity.
Knowledge, experience and qualifications required
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven
experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide
range of creative projects.
- Strong
understanding of layouts, typography, graphic fundamentals, print, and web
design.
- Proficiency
in market-standard graphic design and video editing software, including:
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Premiere Pro, Sketch,
and other relevant tools.
- Ability
to manage and deliver print, digital, photography, and video projects
efficiently.
- Versatility
in designing for different media platforms (print, digital, video).
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong
creative thinking skills with the ability to engage and influence target
audiences.
- A keen
eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Ability
to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet deadlines.
