Job Description
Responsible for clerical duties including receipts, picking
inventory from shelves, issues, purchase request processing, all accomplished
within acceptable timelines and participation in stock counts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving
and uploading delivery documents into the system.
- Issuing
items under storage.
- Updating
bin cards and system records.
- Tagging
and arranging items in respective locations.
- Receiving
and issuing diesel ,HFO and lubricants.
- Preparing
primary reports, inventory data analysis, and reporting.
- Filing
and retrieving documentation.
- Participating
in inventory control and stocktaking.
- Complying
with Staff Regulations, Health, Safety and Environment Policy, memos,
circulars, and notices.
ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS
- Degree
in relevant field,
- A
certificate in Stores or Inventory Management from a recognized
institution an added advantage
- Computer
literate, proficiency in Excel
- Systems
knowledge of an ERP an added advantage
