This position is responsible for ensuring the highest
quality and consistency in all baked goods and desserts. This role involves
supervising the pastry team, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and
continuously improving recipes and techniques to enhance guest satisfaction.
Executive Chef (Mount Kenya Safari Club)
As Executive Chef, you will establish and execute the
strategic operations of the culinary section for the Fairmont Mount Kenya
Safari Club in Kenya, enhancing the local authenticity and locally sourced
products to deliver a unique guests experience through a culinary journey.
In this role you will work closely with the Director of
Operations to ensure that the each of the culinary vision for the property is
achieved. You will provide sound leadership and training that will enable the
culinary team of professionals to produce quality products and memorable
experiences while ensuring sustainability is achieved.
Talent and Culture Director (Mount Kenya Safari Club)
As Talent & Culture Director, you will lead the T&C
function at Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club, fostering a positive workplace
culture while ensuring compliance with policies and best practices. You will
oversee recruitment, onboarding, career development, and performance
management, providing strategic support to leadership and guidance to
colleagues. Your role includes driving health and safety initiatives, managing
workplace safety compliance, and supporting training programs such as leadership
development and service excellence. Additionally, you will oversee colleague
housing, welfare, and engagement initiatives, manage HR budgets, organize staff
events, and ensure alignment with labor laws and the collective agreement.
Engineering storekeeper/coordinator (Mount Kenya Safari Club)
We are looking to grow our team and engage a highly
motivated and passionate Engineering store keeper/coordinator who will
work closely with the team to drive and deliver on the Fairmont promise,
turning moments into special memories.
To oversee and coordinate all aspects of storekeeping and
maintenance logistics, including planning, inventory control, vendor
coordination, and task scheduling. The role ensures that POMEC operations are
efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with safety and operational standards.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and proficient in
computer systems and logistics.
Senior Sales Manager-Corporate and Government (The Norfolk)
Reporting to the Cluster Director of Sales, responsibilities
and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Drive

conservancy.
- Directly
overseeing the following segments; Corporate Sales, Group Sales,
Government Sales, Incentives, Conventions and Meeting Sales

budgeted costs

Reporting to the Cluster Executive Chef or his designate,
responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the
following:
- Consistently

- Ensure
the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and or
buffet menus according to hotel recipes and standards
- Actively
share ideas, opinions and suggestions in daily shift briefings
