The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing an
excellent level of hospitality services to our members, covering room service,
efficient and effective arrangement and cleaning, and collaborative support for
Centre operations under the direct/instruction of Receptionist. This will
include ensuring that the overall appearance of the premises and surroundings
are maintained in accordance with the specified standards.
F & B Host (Waiters & Waitresses)

Demi Chef de Partie

The Demi Chef de Partie plays a key supporting role in the
kitchen by assisting the Chef de Partie and Head Chef in preparing, cooking,

is ideal for a capable and experienced Commis Chef ready to take the next step
in their culinary career. The position requires hands-on skills, a high level

Events Administrator
Job Description
As the Events administrator you will be responsible for
preparation and distribution of material and correspondence relating to the
successful operation of the Department such as contracts, proposals and
banquet event orders (BEO). Must have a keen eye for detail, an organised
approach and a willingness to exceed guest expectations. S/he will also act as
the department’s liaison with the guests in the absence of Events Sales
Managers Office.
Housekeepers
Job Description
The Housekeeper is tasked with creating a clean and
orderly environment for our guests that will become a critical factor in
maintaining and strengthening our reputation. His/ her responsibilities will
include, performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping,
dusting and polishing, ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according
to standards, protecting equipment and making sure there are no inadequacies.
