Customer Service Attendant

Position; Customer Service Attendant
Location: Kitengela, Kenya

We seek a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our dy- namic Customer Service Attendant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and safe fuel dispensing services, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting smooth opera tions at our fuel station.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispense fuel accurately and safely to customers.
  • Meet sales targets for fuels and lubricants.
  • Process cash and card payments via the POS system.
  • Greet and assist customers courteously.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the fuelling area.
  • Check vehicle fluid levels and clean windshields upon request.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
  • Minimum O-level KCSE with relevant certificates
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Basic math skills to handle cash transactions.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail and safety awareness.

Convenient Retail Shop Attendant

Are you passionate about customer service and retail? We are look- ing for a vibrant Retail Shop Attendant to provide exceptional cus- tomer experiences in our convenience store. You will assist with sales, inventory, merchandising, and maintaining a welcoming envi ronment.
