Eastern Africa Legal Manager
Opportunity
The Eastern Africa Legal Manager will be
responsible providing high-quality, timely legal support to the business
across the Eastern Africa Area (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia,
Djibouti, and Sudan, Somalia), primarily focusing on Logistics & Services
(L&S) contracts. This role ensures legal compliance, mitigates risks, and
safeguards Maersk’s interests while enabling business growth and customer
success. This role will reports directly to the Eastern Africa Area Legal
Manager.

Eastern Africa Area Legal Manager
Opportunity
The Head of Legal Eastern Africa Area will be responsible
for leading the East Africa Area legal team with overall responsibility for
legal and compliance for all Maersk entities within Eastern Africa Area.
This role will report directly to the General Counsel IMEA
and has dotted reporting lines to the East Africa Area Managing Director and
the Eastern Africa Area CFO. The Head of Legal East Africa Area will be
part of the East Africa Area Leadership Team and will be based in Nairobi. In
addition, this role will be part of the Regional Legal Leadership Team for
IMEA. The Head of Legal East Africa has two direct reports. The candidate
should be a proactive legal business partner and proven manager of legal teams.
