Head Office Construction- Supervising Architect

AATF would like to engage a qualified Individual Consultant to the role of Supervising Architect to provide architectural services project, in collaboration with the Project Manager’s Lead Architect and other relevant consultants for the construction of AATF Headquarters.

Working directly under the Project Manager’s Architect (Lead Architect), the Supervising Architect will oversee the day-to-day execution of architectural aspects of the project, ensuring that milestones are met within the agreed timelines, budgets are adhered to, and quality standards are maintained. He will also ensure that there is harmony in the drawings from all consultants to avoid conflicts during construction.

HEAD OFFICE – Supervising Structural Engineer

The Project Structural Engineer will provide regular progress reports to the Project Manager’s Structural Engineer.

This includes detailed updates on structural milestones, analysis of test results, risk assessments, and any challenges that may require high-level interventions.

Working under the Project Manager’s Lead Structural Engineer, the Supervising Structural Engineer will be responsible for accurately working out the structural designs for the proposed construction, ensuring it meets both regulatory, safety standards and value engineering as necessary.

In any large-scale construction project, the role of the Project Quantity Surveyor is critical to the project’s overall success.

As the project cost consultant, the Quantity Surveyors will ensure the best value for money for this project. AATF plans to construct its Headquarters in Nairobi. The management would like to engage a qualified Individual Consultant to the role of Physical Planner for the Purposes of Change of Use / Extension of Use pursuant to Physical and Land Use Planning Act (PLUPA).

The Registered Physical Planner to carry out an Extension of Use application to Nairobi County for the proposed development.  The Consultant will also prepare Extension of Use Report as required by the Physical Planning Act, 2019
