I love a good morning detox smoothie. I’ve been drinking these delicious, healthy smoothies for years and still have them at least 3-4 times a week.

Green Juice Recipe – Kale, apple, lemon, lime, ginger








Sometimes you just need to give your body a break and This juice is the perfect “pick me up” drink!



Ingredients



☛3-5 kale leaves & stalk

☛1 whole lemon

☛1-inch ginger

☛1 apple

☛1 cucumber


☛Fresh parsley 


☛1-inch turmeric



Instructions



Juice all ingredients. OR Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender.



Notes:




⏩Adding cucumber or celery will dilute the spiciness of the ginger
