Nova Pioneer Kenya Description

Nova Pioneer Education Group is a Pan-African independent school network offering preschool through secondary education for students from ages 3 through 19. We prepare the next generation of leaders and innovators through world-class teaching methods with an emphasis on 21st-century skills. Nova Pioneer is a launchpad where ambitious young Africans can begin to shape a better future for the continent and the world.

The first school was launched in South Africa in 2014, with the aim of incorporating the best education models in the world, while keeping it as affordable as possible. They’ve since expanded within South Africa, and to Kenya as well – with the first Kenyan school launching in 2015. Girls( Tatu City)

It is located in the up and coming Tatu City locale, in Kiambu County. The campus is a full boarding facility fully equipped with a swimming pool, playing field, volleyball and basketball courts. The school offers a fresh approach to 8-4-4 with a heavy focus on holistic development.

Their approach encourages critical thinking, independent learning, self-discovery, leadership, and innovation. The teachers are well trained to deliver the curriculum in a fun and interactive environment. The school culture continues to ensure they are empowering women of character and strength, who will not only thrive academically but as well as in the fast-changing world at large. The young ladies are taking life by the horns in all areas of technology, science, sports and a plethora of sectors.

Boys( Tatu City Campus)

It is located on a sprawling 10-Acre property at the heart of Tatu-City in Kiambu County. The school has a current student population of 540 who are all full boarders. The approach to teaching and learning is not what you find at other 8-4-4 schools. Classes are hands-on and interactive, and classrooms are student-centered, which means that the teacher guides the students to discover solutions themselves, rather than simply telling a student how to solve the problem.

Tatu Campus( Primary)

Nova Pioneer Primary School – Tatu City campus offers the Kenyan Local Curriculum. The campus boasts modern facilities sitting on 6.5 acres of land and is a full day school with no boarding facilities.

Classes are hands-on, interactive and student-centered, which means that the teacher guides the student to discover solutions themselves, rather than simply telling a student how to solve the problem. Each student is given individual attention to ensure that their unique talents and abilities are being uncovered and strengthened.

Nova Pioneer(Athi River Campus)

Strategically located near the Great Wall Apartments in Athi River, this campus was developed on a 5 acres property. Phase 1 of the Athi River campus was completed at the start of the school year in 2019 and houses students from pre-school through to grade 3. Two more phases will be constructed over the next three years. The newly built school includes modern classrooms set-up with technology that enhances learning as well as grounds for sports and extra-curricular activities.

The school uses the Kenyan national curriculum but takes a unique approach to teaching and learning. Nova Pioneer Kenya Admission process

• After applying online Book Your Interview
• An Admissions officer will acknowledge receipt of your application via phone or email.
• You and your child will be invited for an interview and assessment.
• Following the assessment, you’ll hear from one of the Admissions Officers letting you know whether you’ve been accepted. Admitted students will provisionally have a space reserved, to be confirmed upon payment a deposit.
