Below is a notice on the collection of Graduation Certificates for the students who recently graduated.

Kenyatta University Academic Certificates are collected at the Graduation and Certificates Issuance Office - Room 127, Central Administration Complex.

The actual collection dates per program are indicated on the Schedule below; please check when you are scheduled to collect your certificate from the PDF below by searching using your registration number or name.

POINTS TO OBSERVE

• Clearance with the University is mandatory for the collection of the Certificates.
• A storage fee of KES. 1200/- per year shall be levied on any uncollected certificates.
• Those who graduated before this year are urged to collect their certificates to avoid an accumulation of storage charges.
