The Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) 92ND Graduation Ceremony Announcement. The Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) is pleased to inform all graduands, students, staff, parents, guardians as well as the general public that the 92nd Graduation Ceremony, will be held on Thursday, December 7, 2023. The venue will be Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani, Nairobi, starting at 8.00 am.

The theme for this year’s graduation is ‘Mashujaa: Afya Mjini, Afya Kijijini’

Graduation fee

All Graduands are required to pay a non-refundable graduation fee of Kshs. 2,500 to either of the following accounts: –

(A) KMTC HOLDING ACCOUNT
ACC NO 1158030274
KENYA COMMERCIAL BANK, MOI AVENUE BRANCH

(B) KMTC CENTRAL COLLECTION ACCOUNT
ACC No 01003086514000
NATIONAL BANK OF KENYA HOSPITAL BRANCH

The deposit slip must accurately reflect the Graduand’s name and College number.

Confirmation of the Order of Name

The provisional list of Graduands for the 92nd graduation is available on the College website www.kmtc. ac.ke. All Graduands are advised to confirm the accuracy of the spelling and order of the name, as this will be the format reflected in the certificate. Corrections, limited to the spelling or order of name, can be communicated to the College through the link provided on the KMTC website. The deadline for these corrections is Friday, November 10, 2023 at 12 noon.

Note:

• The provided name must match the records in the College ERP, the admission letter, and the National Identification Card.
• Corrections are limited to the spelling or order of name; no new name can be introduced.
• Existing name cannot be removed from the records.

Please ensure compliance with these guidelines for accurate certificate issuance.

Any name change request after this deadline will incur a fee.

Graduation gown

Graduands intending to participate in the graduation ceremony must collect the graduation gown from KMTC Headquarters, Nairobi, between Monday, 20th November, and Friday, 1st December 2023. Collec- tion hours are from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on weekdays ONLY.

Ensure you have the following documents:

• Clearance form from the Campus.
• Receipt as proof of payment for the graduation fee.
• Original National Identification Card.

Graduation Booklet

The graduation booklet can be downloaded from the KMTC website at www.kmtc.ac.ke.

Rehearsals

Rehearsals will be conducted on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, starting at 10:00 am, at Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani.

Graduation proceedings

The graduation ceremony will be physical, with simultaneous streaming via various media platforms.

Photos and videos of the graduation

All attendees will be deemed to have consented to the capture of their photos/videos during the ceremony. These photos may be used on College documents and approved publicity platforms.

Certificates

Certificates will be available for collection from the KMTC Headquarters, Nairobi, from Monday, December 11, 2023, to Wednesday, December 20, 2023 (9:00 am – 4:00 pm) upon clearance with the College.

Return of gowns

Gowns MUST be returned on or before Wednesday, December 20, 2023, by 4:00 pm. Late returns will incur a penalty of Kshs. 100 per day.
